Frequently asked questions

What size space can a commercial scent diffuser cover?
YASUNY units cover 200–2,000 m³. W306 and W303 suit rooms under 200 m³; W301, S-200 and GAS-10N cover around 300 m³; GAS-300HF covers 300–500 m³; W1500 covers 1,500–2,000 m³. Ceiling height, air changes and layout affect real performance, so an advisor should verify the configuration.
How long does one bottle of fragrance oil last?
It depends on intensity, daily runtime and air changes. With a 200 ml bottle at medium intensity for 8–10 hours a day, expect several weeks. Accurate consumption is calculated from the actual schedule.
Are the diffusers noisy?
Commercial models use quiet drives and vibration isolation, so normal operation is low-noise and suitable for guest rooms, offices and retail. For extremely sensitive rooms, request a live demonstration.
Are the oils safe? Can pregnant guests, infants or pets be in the space?
We use fragrance oils that meet applicable standards and run them at recommended concentrations. For pregnant guests, infants, people with respiratory sensitivity and pets, consult a professional first and start with a small area at low intensity. Stop and ventilate if anyone feels unwell.
Will scenting wet walls or leave oil marks?
Cold atomisation produces a nano-scale dry mist. With correct installation and intensity it will not wet walls, fabric or floors. Never aim the outlet directly at walls, curtains or sensitive equipment.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes. We customise enclosures, PCBA programmes, fragrance, packaging and branding. MOQ, sampling lead time and tooling costs are quoted per project.
Is installation complicated?
Most units are plug-and-play, placed on a surface or hung on a wall. Ceiling and HVAC installations need minor building work; we supply instructions and interface parameters and can recommend contractors.
Must I use your oils with your machines?
We recommend original or tested oils, because viscosity and formulation affect atomisation and core life. Test compatibility before using third-party oils.
Can you supply for export markets with different voltages and plugs?
Yes. Units support wide voltage and multiple plug standards, with export packaging, English manuals and spares. Certification requirements are confirmed per project.
What after-sales and spare parts support is available?
Whole-unit warranty plus common spares (atomising cores, oil bottles, adapters). Domestic projects get remote diagnosis and on-site service; overseas projects are supported through partners or mail-in repair.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We provide demo units and fragrance samples against a deposit or sample fee, deductible from volume orders. Tell the advisor the space and preferred fragrance direction.
What do you need to develop a bespoke fragrance?
Describe the brand, target audience, space type and any reference scents. Our perfumers prepare two or three directions, then move to sampling and production after approval.
Make the next person who walks in remember it.
Tell us the space, the volume and the feeling you want. We reply with a configuration and fragrance direction within 48 hours.
